2 Age Restriction — 18+ Only

Once a limit is in place, the platform will automatically decline any deposit attempt that would cause your total deposits within the relevant period to exceed the limit. The rolling period resets from the time the limit was first applied — for example, a weekly limit set on a Tuesday resets the following Tuesday.

Reducing vs. Increasing Limits

Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately — there is no cooling-off period between requesting a reduction and the lower limit becoming active. This is intentional. We want players to be able to restrict their access to funds instantly when they feel it is necessary.

Increasing a deposit limit, by contrast, is subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect. This delay protects players from impulsive decisions to raise limits during a session and gives them time to reconsider. During the 7-day window, the existing (lower) limit remains fully in force.

How to Set a Deposit Limit on vv8

4 Time-Out Feature

The time-out feature on vv8 allows you to take a short, structured break from gambling without permanently closing your account. This is useful when you feel you need some distance from the platform — perhaps after a losing streak, a stressful period in daily life, or simply because you want to reset and return with a clearer head.

Available Time-Out Durations

vv8 offers the following time-out periods, which you can activate from your account settings at any time:

• 24 hours — A brief one-day break, ideal for cooling off after a difficult session.
• 7 days — A one-week pause to reassess your relationship with gambling.
• 30 days — A full calendar month away from the platform.
• Custom duration — You may also specify a custom number of days between 1 and 180.

What Happens During a Time-Out

Once a time-out is activated, your vv8 account is immediately suspended. You will not be able to log in, place bets, deposit funds, or access any games during the time-out period. All pending bets placed before the time-out was activated will be settled normally. Any account balance at the time of suspension remains safe and accessible when the time-out expires.

During a time-out, vv8 will also suspend all promotional and marketing communications to your registered email address and mobile number. You will not receive bonus offers, promotional SMS, or any other materials intended to encourage a return to gambling during this period.

Ending a Time-Out

A time-out cannot be cancelled early by the player. This is a deliberate design choice — it ensures that the break is genuinely effective and cannot be reversed in a moment of impulse. If you reach the end of your time-out period and wish to continue your break, you can activate a new time-out immediately upon the expiry of the previous one, or escalate to a formal self-exclusion if you feel a longer absence is appropriate.

5 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is the most comprehensive player protection tool available on vv8. It is designed for players who have identified that gambling is causing them harm and who want to stop gambling entirely for an extended period. Unlike a time-out, self-exclusion is a serious, long-term commitment and carries additional protections to make it harder to reverse.

Self-Exclusion Periods

Players may self-exclude from vv8 for the following minimum periods:

• 6 months
• 1 year
• 2 years
• 5 years
• Permanent exclusion (account closed indefinitely with no option to reopen)

What Self-Exclusion Covers

When you self-exclude from vv8, the following actions are taken immediately and automatically:

• Your account is locked and you cannot log in for the duration of the exclusion.
• All marketing, promotional, and bonus communications are permanently stopped.
• Any existing promotional bonuses or free-spin credits are forfeited.
• New account registrations from your device, IP address, or matching personal details will be flagged and reviewed by our compliance team.
• Your account balance is preserved and will be returned to you via your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account) within 5 business days of exclusion confirmation.

Requesting Early Reinstatement

A self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the agreed period has fully elapsed. After the minimum exclusion period has passed, players who wish to return to vv8 must submit a formal reinstatement request to our responsible gaming team, which includes a mandatory 7-day consideration period and, in some cases, a brief self-assessment review. This cooling-off mechanism is intended to prevent impulsive returns to gambling at the moment an exclusion expires.
