1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and vv8 ("vv8", "We", "Us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the vv8 website at https://vv8.bio and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, virtual games, and any promotional offers. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on vv8, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

vv8 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the Player's responsibility to review this page periodically. Scope of Services

Relationship Between the Parties

Nothing in this Agreement creates or implies a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or franchise relationship between you and vv8. You access and use the vv8 platform as an independent individual user. vv8 does not act as your financial adviser, investment adviser, or legal representative. Any decisions you make regarding wagering on vv8 are made entirely at your own risk and discretion.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of vv8 services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and open to individuals who meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Agreement. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid, working email address that you own and have ongoing access to.
• You must create a unique username and a strong password of at least 8 characters, combining letters, numbers, and special characters.
• You must provide your correct full legal name, date of birth, and contact number.
• You must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must confirm that you are not accessing vv8 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.
• You must confirm that you are registering for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of a third party.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) vv8 account only. Registering more than one account — whether using the same or different personal information, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is a direct violation of this Agreement. vv8 employs fraud detection tools and cross-references account data to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any bonus funds and derived winnings will be voided.

Account Verification (KYC)

vv8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming obligations and fraud prevention practices. vv8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Accepted documents include a valid Bangladesh National ID (NID) card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3 Age Restriction

vv8 is strictly a real-money gaming platform for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, claim a bonus, or place any wager on vv8. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. vv8 has a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vv8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vv8 does not charge a fee on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. It is your responsibility to confirm any applicable charges with your payment provider before initiating a transaction.

Supported Payment Methods

vv8 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. No maximum deposit limit is currently imposed by vv8, though your payment provider may apply their own limits.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your vv8 account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits are credited on the same business day for transfers initiated before 3:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on banking days.
• vv8 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Deposits made to vv8 may not be reversed once credited to your account balance. If you believe a deposit was made in error, contact support immediately.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day may be subject to limits displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of the withdrawal request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, unless otherwise approved by vv8 support.
• vv8 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Only the cash balance component of your wallet is eligible for withdrawal prior to completing wagering requirements.

5 Bonus Terms

vv8 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to activate the vv8 welcome bonus. The specific bonus percentage and maximum bonus amount are stated in the active promotion details.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement"). The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) must be wagered before any withdrawal can be made from the associated balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the individual promotion. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from the account along with any winnings derived from them.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi titles) and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• vv8 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, exploiting welcome offers more than once, or employing low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play.

Bonus Restrictions

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the conditions stated in the promotion.
• In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that promotion only.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagering activity on the vv8 platform. These rules exist to ensure the integrity of the betting markets and the fairness of all outcomes for all players. Additional sport-specific and game-specific rules may be displayed within the respective sections of the platform.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. vv8 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors; bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds (e.g., a heavy favourite offered at 100/1 due to a technical error) may be voided.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference number is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where a specific "Cash Out" feature is available and activated by the player before the relevant event settles.
• vv8 reserves the right to limit or restrict the maximum stake on any market at its discretion, particularly for markets where unusual or concentrated betting activity is detected.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event. vv8 accepts no liability for bets that cannot be placed due to market suspension during live play.
• For cricket markets specifically — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments — vv8 follows the standard Duckworth–Lewis–Stern (DLS) method outcomes for rain-affected matches. Match void rules apply in the event of abandonment before a result is achievable under DLS.

Casino & Slot Games

• All casino games on vv8 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been tested and audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and are not influenced by vv8, the game provider, or any external factor.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a live casino session, vv8's records of the game state at the time of disconnection will be used to determine the outcome. Round bets in progress at the time of a confirmed server-side malfunction will be voided and stakes returned.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification by the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, or Spribe) before payment is released. vv8 reserves the right to withhold jackpot payments pending provider confirmation.

Responsible Use of Betting Features

Players are encouraged to use the deposit limit, session time, and self-exclusion tools available in their account settings to manage their wagering activity responsibly. Players who have activated self-exclusion may not place bets during the exclusion period; any bets placed in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be voided.

7 User Obligations

By using the vv8 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Failure to comply with any of these obligations may result in account suspension, termination, and/or recovery of funds obtained in breach of these terms.

Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: You must not provide false, misleading, or fabricated personal information at registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Collusion: You must not coordinate with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on vv8, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting to exploit bonus terms.
• Automated Tools: You must not use bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other technology that places bets or interacts with the vv8 platform without direct human input for each individual action.
• Arbitrage Abuse: You must not engage in systematic arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets across different markets or platforms specifically to extract guaranteed profits from vv8's pricing — particularly in combination with bonus funds.
• Chargebacks: You must not attempt to reverse, dispute, or chargeback any deposit made to vv8 through your payment provider. If you have a legitimate dispute regarding a transaction, contact vv8 support directly. Fraudulent chargeback attempts will result in account closure and legal action to recover funds.
• Sharing Accounts: You must not share your vv8 account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to place bets using your account. Your account is personal to you.
• Unlawful Use: You must not use vv8 for any purpose that violates applicable laws, including money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other criminal activity.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your vv8 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must notify vv8 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. vv8 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

vv8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if vv8 has reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, or if account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, other players, or vv8 itself.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Provision of false or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Suspicious or irregular betting patterns suggesting collusion, arbitrage, or automated tool use
• Multiple account creation in violation of the one-account policy
• Attempted chargeback or payment reversal
• Self-exclusion activation (the account is locked for the duration of the exclusion period)
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
• Extended inactivity (defined as no login for more than 12 consecutive months)

Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, the following consequences apply: all bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are voided; pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled pending investigation; real-money deposits that have not been wagered may be returned to the original deposit method at vv8's discretion after deducting any processing costs.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your vv8 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Before closing your account, ensure that your cash balance has been withdrawn, as unclaimed balances in voluntarily closed accounts may be subject to dormancy policies. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons should use the self-exclusion tool, which provides additional safeguards beyond a standard account closure.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. vv8 will attempt to contact dormant account holders using the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee may be deducted from the balance of dormant accounts, up to a maximum equal to the remaining balance. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support and completing any required identity verification.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vv8's total liability to any player arising from or related to the use of the vv8 platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. vv8 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data, arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

vv8 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or that game outcomes will meet any particular expectation of the player. Gambling involves inherent risk and the possibility of financial loss; by using vv8 you accept that risk entirely.
